Green Toner
  • Part One
  • Potassium Ferricyanide ---- 2 grammes
  • Distilled Water to :- 100cc.

  • Part Two
  • Vanadium Chloride ( Stock Solution ) ----- 3 cc
  • Ferric Ammonium Citrate (green) :- 1 gramme
  • Sodium Citrate Neutral :- 25 grammes
  • Ammonium Chloride :- 2 grammes
  • Hydrochloric Acid :- 14 cc
  • Distilled Water to :- 100cc.

To use take one part A and add four parts water.Then take one part B and add four parts water. Then mix the diluted parts A and B to make the working solution. Immerse prints for between 4 and 8 minutes. Then wash. The next step is to immerse the print in a solution of hydrochloric acid ( one part in fifty parts of water ) for two minutes. Finally wash again for thirty minutes.
