  • Water 750 ml
  • Elon 3.0 g
  • Sod. Sulphite (annhy.) 45.0 g
  • Hydroquinone 12.0 g
  • Sod. Carbonate (mono.) 80.0 g
  • Pot. Bromide 2.0 g
  • Cool water to make 1.0 L
Similar to Kodak’s Dektol. Dilute according to the contrast level you require. The 'normal' dilution is 1:2 which will give neutral tones with good d-max on most 'fast' papers in about 2.5 minutes. For a warmer toned image dilute 1:4 and add 2 grams pot. Bromide.
